Modernisation

Beyond the planning and erection of new plants, MEISSNER services also cover the fields of revamping and conversion of existing plants. In this context MEISSNER activities not only include plants that work on MEISSNER processes, but - following an examination of the existing plant and process design - also plants working on other processes.

Plant modernisation may concern, for example, a capacity increase by de-bottlenecking plant components, a changeover to new process variants or new products, or an exchange of plant components which need to be replaced or which are technologically outdated.

All steps of plant modernisation - planning, supply, erection, and commissioning - are executed by MEISSNER with the same demand on quality that is applied to new plant projects.
